My Idea for an Electric Car

It seems strange to me that no-one is using forward motion of a vehicle to generate electricity. I envision a car that has mini wind turbines along the front of the car that are turned through the forward motion of the car thus generating electricity to charge the batteries. In addition, you could have dynamos similar to that on push bikes on each of the wheels to generate additional electrical feeds and last but not least, solar panels to suppliment the generation of power both when moving and stationary.
